First UPC of DeQuincy facilities are available to members ONLY!
Upon approval by Pastor Jackson, you will receive a confirmation email which will also include the FUPC of DeQuincy's Wedding policy. Once you agree to the Wedding Policy, then your date will be added to the church calendar.
You are responsible for leaving all facilities clean and in order. All air conditioners must be turned off, tables & chairs picked up, and all trash taken out.
Your Wedding is not booked until you receive your confirmation email. If you have not received a confirmation email within two business days (of filling out this form) please contact the office. If your Wedding is not approved, you will receive a non-approval email.
