Private Events
MEMBERS ONLY!
Please note that even in booking your event, funerals will always take precedence. You will be notified as soon as possible if this occurs and the facilities are no longer available.
You are responsible for leaving all facilities clean and in order. All air conditioners must be turned off, tables & chairs picked up, and all trash taken out. You will receive a list of cleaning instructions to follow in making sure the facilities are left clean and in order.
By filling out this form you are taking full responsibility for any damages that may occur, as well as acknowledging that you will be contacted if the cleaning instructions are not followed.
Birthday Parties: 1-Day Reservation Limit
All decorating, cooking, set up, and clean up must be done within the reserved day. The reservation will also be from 8 am - 10 pm. You may turn the AC’s on at 8 am that same day.
All parties are confined solely to the GYM & KITCHEN.
Wedding and Baby Showers: 2-Day Reservation Limit
All decorating, cooking, set up, and clean up must be done within the reserved days.
Confined solely to the T.D. Cardwell Center and Kitchen.
Anniversaries: 2-Day Reservation Limit
All decorating, cooking, set up, and clean up must be done within the reserved days.
Confined solely to the T.D. Cardwell Center and Kitchen.
Private Sporting Events: Once A Month Limit
If you are reserving the gym for a private sporting event. It will be limited to once a month.
Your event is not booked until you receive your confirmation email. If you have not received a confirmation email within two business days (of filling out this form) please contact the office. If your event is not approved you will receive a non-approval email.
PLEASE SELECT ONLY THE EVENT TYPE THAT APPLIES, OTHERWISE SELECT NONE. please note that {Confined Solely} means that the whole facilities are not available to book. When booking a private event, your options are either the Gym and kitchen or T.D. Cardwell Center and kitchen. Please respect this booking policy.
