General Sporting Events
Members Only!
These events are open to the whole church and will be announced in service. These events are not PRIVATE and all will be invited.
By filling out this form you acknowledge that you are responsible for making sure everyone leaves all facilities clean and in order. All air conditioners must be turned off, tables & chairs picked up, and all trash taken out. You will receive a list of cleaning instructions to follow.
General Sporting Events must be approved by Pastor Jackson!
Your event is not booked until you receive your confirmation email. If you have not received a confirmation email within two business days (of filling out this form) please contact the office. If your event is not approved you will receive a non-approval email.
