Members ONLY!
You are responsible for leaving all facilities clean and in order. All air conditioners and lights must be turned off. One of our sound techs will be notified when practice is scheduled.
Upon approval by Pastor Jackson, you will receive a confirmation email.
Your practice is not booked until you receive your confirmation email. If you have not received a confirmation email within two business days (of filling out this form) please contact the office. If your event is not approved you will receive a non-approval email.
Organ and Keyboards MUST be turned off.
