In filling out this form you are accepting responsibility for making sure all facilities are left clean and in order. All air conditioners must be turned off, tables & chairs picked up, and all trash taken out. You will receive a list of cleaning instructions to follow in making sure the facilities are left clean and in order.
Upon approval by Pastor Jackson, you will receive a confirmation email.
Your event is not booked until you receive your confirmation email. If you have not received a confirmation email within two business days (of filling out this form) please contact the office. If your event is not approved you will receive a non-approval email.
